Toronto After the First Wave was launched in Fall 2020 with initial support from the MITACS Research Training Award.  It is a dashboard and data visualization initiative meant to provide insights on the impacts of COVID-19 on Toronto, focused on the city’s urban economic vibrancy. 
 
Updated regularly, the interactive dashboards are developed by an interdisciplinary team of researchers at the University of Toronto. The Toronto After the First Wave research team is always exploring new data sources and findings, and learning as we go.
